Hatching Sands Built so that hte sands rest over the warmest possible part of the Weyr with the portion open to the sky built at an angel away from the sands in order to prevent snowfall from falling directly on the eggs. |

Aurora River and Ice Fields The Aurora River flows down the mountain through an ice field in the valley where fishing may take palce both in the rivers and in the lakes if you can make yourself a hole in the ice. |

The Beaches The beaches here are covered with snow in the winter and are much rockier, covered with lichen in the summer. Cold water fish and shellfish are very plentiful. |

Aurora Mountain Range This is the same range that NAW is located in, but it stretches quite a ways and is almost always completely covered with snow. |

North to South Woodlands These forests are rather expansive and stretch quite a great while from South below the Weyr to North several miles above the Weyr. It also contains wildlife form which dragons and whers may feed. |

Open Plains Further to the South, these plains are covered in lichen and other plants that wherries and wild herdbeasts and creatures may feed on as well as some insectss and some rather unknown as of yet creatures to Pern while in the winter, it is covered in ice and snow. Sub-board: Mating Runs |

Aurora Hold Here you can find farmercraft and beastcraft halls. Though the halls are rather new, this is the ideal place for them as this hold is located near the plains furthest south and closest to plentiful hot springs which provide good ground and water for growth and food for both humans and people near caves making it ideal with some help of green houses and workers to grow and provide for the people of the North. Ice Hillls Hold This is where Miner and Metalsmith crafts can be found. It s located in teh side of the Aurora Mountains with a series of mines and caves. Whers are often needed here. Sub-boards: Metalsmith Craft, Minercraft Hall |
