It started when AIVAS was found. It started with the white dragon Ruth. It started back when Lessa left to bring the Weyrs forward. Did they really thing a Weyrhold would keep them safe forever? Did they really think that they could get away with their crime?

Pern didn’t want them. They were an infestation that, when they should have died out... Found a way to flourish. They were attacked with Wher and arrow, sword, and gun. They were left to flee.

We are homeless. We are the Riders of Pern.

AIVAS, however, has failed, and our steampunk home is coming to an end. A new Weyr arose and it has taken down the Holds and the Weyrs and taken control. But it leaves the holders with no true safety. It is for the renegades and the eggs that they stole and the riders that joined them to hide from both Rider and Holder alike that are the true hope of Pern. But they are running out of places to hide. There is No Where To Hide.
